Delmonico’s Italian Steakhouse is a privately-owned upscale restaurant with 5 locations in Upstate New York, and 1 in Orlando, Florida. Our signature dish is the 24oz Delmonico steak, with a wide selection of Italian pasta dishes, antipasti, and homemade desserts. We pride ourselves on high quality service, a menu prepared in-house daily, and a warm local feel that treats each customer as if they are a regular.
Our managers are responsible for and are expected to (qualifications below are preferred, not required):
- Have at least 3 years of restaurant, hospitality, or equivalent experience in a high-volume setting
- Be experienced in both the Front of House & Back of House
- Ability to perform various kitchen roles, including expediting, sauté, grill, fryers, prep, etc.
- Have a strong passion for the industry, culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and guest service
- Ability to train, coach, develop, and maintain a well-staffed team both in the front and back of the house
- Be experienced with food, liquor, and operating supplies inventory controls
- Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution
- Be able to assist in the delivery of positive sales growth on an annual basis, while ensuring both employee and guest satisfaction
- Come to work every day with a positive and team players mentality
