Position Overview: As a Team Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of team members to and from their designated worksites. This position requires excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to maintaining a respectful and collaborative working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Transportation:
• Safely drive a company-provided vehicle to transport team members to and from the worksite.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations during transportation.
• Scheduling and Coordination:
• Work closely with the team and company management to establish daily transportation schedules.
• Coordinate pick-up and drop-off times to ensure punctuality.
• Communication:
• Foster open and clear communication with team members to establish trust and understanding.
• Vehicle Maintenance:
• Perform routine inspections of the company vehicle to ensure it is in proper working order.
• Report any issues or maintenance needs promptly to the appropriate personnel.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Implement safety measures during transportation, including ensuring seatbelt usage and a secure environment for passengers.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures related to transportation.
• Problem Resolution:
• Address any transportation-related issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with management to find effective solutions to challenges that may arise.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
