We are actively seeking to fill a Leasing/Resident Relations Specialist position in the OMAHA area. We are looking for a dependable and highly motivated individual to join our team who places a high priority on customer service and team work. Qualified applicants need to have excellent communication and customer service skills. Previous experience is this field is helpful. Rent Cafe/Yardi experience preferred but not required. Compensation based on experience and we are open to both part and full time while also having potential to work at multiple sites within close proximity.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
