Position Summary:

The purpose of this position is to support the company goals in the area of internal audit & compliance. This role designs and performs internal audits, supporting multiple programs within the company. This position is part of Astemo's Global and Americas Region's Internal Audit function and works closely with them, while independently completing required internal audit testing and procedures. Reporting to USIN President is required prior to submitting final or interim report to Global Internal Audit group.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan and administrate company audits: 10%
• Review and revise company control structures: 15%
• Test and document company adherence to standards: 75%

Minimum Requirements (Education, Experience, and Skills):

• 4-year College Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration (or a related discipline) OR extensive related work experience
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience
• General understanding of U.S GAAP / IFRS standards
• High degree of confidentiality and integrity

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:

• 4-year College Degree in Accounting
• Understanding and functional knowledge of ERP computer systems
• Previous experience in accounting/finance, auditing, or IT in a manufacturing setting
