RESPONSIBILITIES:
-MANAGE FRONT OFFICE AND BACK OFFICE EMPLOYEES; INTERVIEW, HIRE, TRAIN, RETAIN, AND TERMINATE AS NECESSARY
-MUST BE ORGANIZED, TASK AND GOAL ORIENTED, QUICK ON YOUR FEET, AND STRONG MULTI-TASKER
-MANAGE LABOR COSTS
-ABLE TO MOTIVATE TEAM TOWARDS MONTHLY GOALS
-UNDERSTAND ALL TYPES OF INSURANCE
- Present treatment plans and establish financial arrangements with patients
REQUIREMENTS:
*Must have managed 6 or more employees in a multi doctor DENTAL group setting
*Must be able to work alongside dentists and staff to ensure a harmonious environment
*Must manage and motivate our office team for optimal practice performance
*Must be computer savvy with strong knowledge of Word, Excel
*Proven background in management with strong business and financial acumen
