Registered Nurse - RN - Telemetry - Tele Requirements:
- 2 years of Telemetry RN experience
- Current BLS / ACLS certification
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in state of AZ, or compact state without disciplinary action\
- Current Immunization Records including FLU and COVID vaccination
