Compensation & Benefits:

• 250 Basis Point Compensation
• 1099 & W2 available (State restrictions may apply)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Educate, advise, and guide potential borrowers through the loan process.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.

Requirements:

• Consistently self-sourcing $500K per month in originations
• Must close 3 self-sourced loans to activate leads
• High-School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Mortgage Loan Originator license with NMLS
