LADACIN (Lifetime Assistance for Developmental and Challenging Individual Needs) has been in the business for 70 years and is a non-profit agency whose mission is to provide a continuum of care, including educational, therapeutic, social, residential, and support services to infants, children, and adults with complex physical and developmental disabilities or delays.

The Position:

Full and part time positions immediately available to care for adults with developmental and multiple physical disabilities in our Residential Homes in Mercer County, NJ. Training available for serious applicants. High school diploma or equivalent and valid NJ driver’s license required. Must be 18 yrs. old. Sign on bonus for full or part time DSP positions. Sign on Bonus- $1,000 F/T and $500 P/T. Additional pay for driving positions, and over night/weekend positions.

The Location:

LADACIN is based in Monmouth and Ocean counties. Our locations are in beautiful natural surroundings. This location is in Mercer County.
