IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR PART TIME NIGHT AUDIT SHIFTS

30 hours per week (possible 40), 9pm-7am – 6days on/8 days off, every other weekend

Weekends and Holidays would be required if schedule falls on a Holiday

Must be willing to work 3pm-11pm for training for up to 4 weeks, then audit training for up to 3 weeks.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour
Duties for this position include:

Checking Guests in and out using OPERA PMS

Balancing house accounts

Completing preparation of all reports relevant to daily revenues

Assist in booking room reservations, answering hotel phone calls, notifying guests of messages

Qualifications Include: (not limited to)
RELIABLE AND ABLE TO WORK WHEN NEEDED

Previous Hotel experience is much desired

Previous customer service experience is desired

IHG and Opera PMS experience a plus

Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Excellent communication skills both verbal and non-verbal

Candidate should be willing to go above and beyond for our guests and have a professional, positive attitude

Excellent phone and computer skills

Ability to read and speak English

Previous cash handling experience preferred
