You will be responsible for managing complex, SAP-specific projects across both organizations. You will drive cross-functional activities between SAP and internal stakeholders to advance the partner strategy with SAP and ensure each project meets its requirements and objectives.#LI-MH1What you'll do at UiPathLead the implementation and operationalization of strategic partner programs in collaboration with SAP and system integrator partners.Manage the project reporting requirements, including executive communications.Co-ordinate workstreams across multiple SAP and UiPath teams to ensure they are on target to meet their milestones and deliverables.Ensure regional and global alignment across all points of the relationship between UiPath and SAP including technical, executive, legal, and operational.Lead the joint partner planning process with limited guidance to develop performance objectives, fiscal targets and critical milestones associated with the SAP partnership.Serve as the focal point for escalation for overall SAP program/project issue resolution.What you'll bring to the teamBA/BS degree in business or computer science; master’s degree preferred.5-10 years of experience in a Software or Technology Services organization across one or more of the following skill areas: Program Management / Project Management / Business Development / Technology Alliances / Corporate Development.Proven track record managing large scale and complex projects with SAP and/or other technology or business partners.Experience with SAP software and with SAP Endorsed or Solex programs is a plus.Ability to thrive in a matrix organization; ideally you have experience driving successful cross-functional programs or processes.Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills in English – both verbal and written. Additional languages are a plus.Industry experience in financial services, healthcare/life sciences, contact centers, and/or manufacturing a plus.Self-starter, kindness and a positive attitude.Life at UiPath can sometimes feel like a roller coaster. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
