Position Overview:

As a Lead at Dirt Busters House Cleaning, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our cleaning services. Your primary responsibilities will include hands-on training of new hires in the field, coaching existing cleaning technicians to enhance productivity and quality, conducting quality inspections, and actively participating in the recruitment and interviewing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties alongside team members to demonstrate best practices and techniques.
• Train new hires during their on-the-job training period, providing guidance and support to ensure mastery of cleaning methods and procedures.
• Conduct regular training sessions for existing cleaning technicians to improve their skills, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead by example, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism at all times.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure adherence to company standards and customer expectations.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members to foster their professional growth and development.
• Assist in the recruitment process by participating in interviews and evaluating potential candidates for cleaning technician positions.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
