First Children Services is currently seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! We are a family-owned, family-operated, and family-focused organization. FCS is also a New Jersey Department of Education and Clinic and Agency, approved provider for district and clinic services. We provide services to public, private, and charter schools, including ABA, consultation and mental health support. Position Overview:
Role: Full-Time BCBA
Location: Concentrated School Districts in Northern NJ Region
Time: 24/25 School Year
Primary Role:

• Coordinate with the instructional treatment team
• Provide consultation within schools, collaborating with administrators, child study team members, teachers, and other school personnel
• Participate in family meetings and conduct parent trainings
• Offer interactive therapeutic solutions to address maladaptive behaviors
• Conduct behavior analysis to develop functional, individualized behavioral programs
• Provide direct training and supervision to the clinical support team
• Manage client data

Requirements:

• Master's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field
• Active BCBA Certification
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
• 2 years of experience working with children on the Autism spectrum
• Conduct functional Behavioral Assessments
• Create programs and Behavior Intervention plans
• Complete skill assessments: ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, and AFLS
