Seeking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established Family Medicine team. Experience is preferred but will consider new graduates with history of clinical and professional excellence in past employments or clinical rotation/training.
* Office based practice to include well checks, acute sick visits, health maintenance, sports physicals, adult wellness exams and follow up for chronic problems
* Treating newborn to Senior adults
* Two-week rotating schedule: Week 1 = Mon - Thurs, 8 am to 6 pm Week 2 = Tues - Fri, 8 am to 6 pm
Ability to establish and maintain solid relationships with our patient community.
Ability to work within the scope of practice guidelines and appropriately direct patients for follow-up care as their healthcare needs dictate.
