Trucadence LLC is looking for Maintenance for a rapidly growing client in Steubenville, OH. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance professional to join our team. As the Lead Maintenance, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the maintenance activities within our facility. This is a leadership role that requires strong mechanical knowledge, electrical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks to ensure efficient operations
- Conduct regular inspections to identify equipment malfunctions or potential issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairs, and installations
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and manage inventory
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime
- Train and mentor maintenance technicians on best practices and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment logs and service reports

Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in industrial maintenance
- Proficiency in electrical systems, including low voltage and high voltage
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Excellent leadership abilities with the ability to supervise a team effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Note: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
