Overview:
Collierville Christian Academy is currently seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Lifeguard. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests at the pool. This is a paid position that requires strong swimming skills, CPR certification, and the ability to handle emergency situations.

Duties:
- Monitor pool area to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all guests
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
- Provide excellent guest service by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Perform water rescues and administer first aid when necessary
- Conduct regular pool inspections and report any maintenance issues
- Assist with pool cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed
- Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on lifeguarding techniques and protocols

Qualifications:
- Must be a certified Lifeguard with current CPR and First Aid certifications
- Strong swimming skills and ability to swim long distances if needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations
- Physical stamina to perform rescues and handle heavy lifting when necessary
- Prior experience in lifeguarding or related roles is preferred, but not required
