Salary: $54,080 – 58,240

Qualifications:
- Previous experience with government-assisted and subsidized housing programs
- Certified as a Tax Credit Specialist and/or Certified Occupancy Specialist
- Hands-on experience in day-to-day operations, maintenance programs, and leasing activities
- Strong communication skills and computer proficiency
- Ability to foster a harmonious atmosphere among residents and staff
- Flexibility, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
Responsibilities:
- As an Assistant Property Manager, you will:
- Ensure compliance with HUD and state housing agency regulations
- Prioritize resident and employee safety and health
- Manage contracts and oversee repair work
- Maintain compliance with Federal, State, and Local laws
- Assist in rent collection and tenant certifications
- Collaborate closely with property staff
