• Lead functional consultants and team members to deliver business enhancements.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and without issues in the Production system.
• Skilled in process integration and realization across multiple functions within SAP.
• Test new functionality and document results.
• Understand the relationship between data, functionality, and business processes.
• Analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
• Assist in resolving daily incidents reported by the business through ServiceNow.
• Act as a key member of project teams, delivering functionality to the business on-site as needed.
• Attend regular meeting updates to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of overall experience with at least 5 years' experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Primary skills in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO).
• Skills in other SAP modules are a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to respond to both internal and external customers.
• Must be willing and able to travel to support projects and plants. Comfortable working in a plant environment with intermittent travel estimated at 25% to facility locations.
• A proactive team member who contributes ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
