We are looking for a Service Manager - AV Infrastructure & Operations to join our Workplace IT team, a part of the Global Workplace Services (GWS) team. The GWS team focuses on the global expansion and support of our rapidly growing business. We create and build spaces, and provide services that bring Spotifys culture and values to life. From designing thoughtful spaces for our employees to thrive, to delivering innovative services that make Spotify a great place to work. GWS covers all aspects and life cycle of our buildings and consists of Workplace Innovation & Design, GWS Strategy & Performance, Real Estate, Workplace Build Projects, Facility Management, Workplace IT, Business Protection and Travel. You will lead the AV team and be a key player in delivering an excellent AV Service to Spotify. You will be accountable for the AV delivery, budget and people development. The team works in close collaboration with technicians and engineers of other fields, including IT and Networking as well as other teams such Innovation & Design, Workplace Build and external partners. * Provide excellent, user-relevant and technically feasible, AV experience to our Spotify employees

* Lead, coach and develop a distributed team of AV Engineers and Technicians

* Own and continuously improve the AV Service Catalog and KPIs, together with your team and relevant stakeholders

* Create and anchor business cases for AV investments and lead operational forecasting, budgeting and follow up

* Establish, manage and develop agreements and relationships with AV vendors, including handling license management

* Build and continuously develop the support model for AV, in collaboration with IT Support and vendors

* You will develop, maintain and handle life cycle management of the AV infrastructure and services

* You will coordinate and plan the AV-teams work and serve as an escalation point for both internal and external partners

* Ensure that the team is supporting Office Builds and rebuilds as needed, together with project teams

* Act as an AV problem manager and develop and maintain our AV governance and documentation

* Continuously improve workflows and processes, and as needed support AV Engineers and AV Technicians with operational tasks

Who you are:

* At least 5 years of experience in the AV sector with a proven record of successfully delivering AV projects and/or services

* Experience from team and people management

* Strong operational capabilities combined with a strategic approach

* Knowledge of the functionality of each piece of hardware within a complex AV system and of the industry leading manufacturers

* In depth experience of using, managing and monitoring video conferencing solutions like Google Meet and Zoom

* Basic IT-support skills and basic knowledge in working with a ticketing system (such as JIRA)

* An active follower of the latest developments in AV technology and strive to learn new things to improve, challenge your knowledge and the status quo

* A true team player and advocate for the Spotify values and have the ability to work in smaller and larger teams

* Excellent communication and customer support skills, maintaining a professional demeanor at all levels of the business, along with strong documentation skills

* You have a flexible mindset, a sense of urgency and is able to meet deadlines, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

* Fluent in spoken and written English
