- Perform the duties of an Operator 2, Machine Molding
- Support and coordinate special projects
- Identifies improvements per KPI’s
- Communicates through Team Board’s and with leadership team
- Perform Machine set up
- Preform advanced preventative maintenance and repairs in partnership with Technicians
- Perform and oversee product quality control checks
- Operates multiple Packaging Machines, or Molding equipment
- Enters performance confirmations and shift information into SAP
- Line Operator coverage as needed
- Reviewing / Confirmation of Shift Paperwork
- Fully trained and assist as needed in Pull Sheet process
- Fill in for Item Change Coordinator as needed
- Perform housekeeping duties
- High school diploma or GED
- Mechanical ability/aptitude, a plus
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Math Skills
- Computer skills; Excel and SAP, required
- Minimum three (3) years manufacturing experience, preferred
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, preferred
- Understand manufacturing process flow
- Trained in Quality/Sensory, preferred
- Trained in Chocolate tempering, preferred
- Class 3 Fork Lift and Handcart certification, required
- Ability to stand on concrete floor for long periods of time
- Bend, squat, stretch, reach; frequently
- Ability to climb stairs, often
- Must be able to lift minimum of 50lbs, often
- Comfortable working at heights
- Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the facility
- Noise level can exceed .85 decibels
