Job Description
Jr. Maintenance Mechanics
Location: Escalon CA
Pay rate: $20.00-$22.00
Duties:
●Prepare machinery for production; Ex. hydraulic pumps, belts, rollers, water tanks, PH controlling, and PLC controls
●Run tasks, such as: applying anti-foam, testing chemical balance, float tank adjustment, line adjustment for product
●Monitor daily logs for machine inspection, ex.(damaged belt, rollers, blades, and hotfixes, etc.)
●Manage Post Maintenance logs including: Oiler/greaser, machine & cooler maintenance, and oil recycle/bulk storage, etc.
●Change machine belts, bearings, motors, shafts, and rollers, etc.
●Conduct repairs of production lines, adjustments for improved workflow, straightening/better positioning, changing pipes, and valves, turbo filters, etc.
●Handle projects; Painting, Remodeling, Welding big/small sheet metal (mostly guards), changing machinery; exhaust fans, housing, swamp coolers, all kinds of belts, V-belts, z belts, modular belt sections, paddle belts, ect.
