We are looking for a Systems Consultant to join our Sage Intacct Practice to provide consulting, training, and support services to help existing customers as their business evolves and they need to modify or expand their use of supported software applications.

Duties Include:

• Provide services to existing customers in response to requests made through the Customer Care Portal
• Provide consulting, training and support services to help existing customers as their business evolves and they need to modify or expand their use of supported software applications
• Work both independently and collaboratively within project team(s) to meet customer-defined success criteria, achieving a high level of customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed individual and team revenue and service goals
• Provide consulting, training, and support services to help customers select the best solutions to meet their needs and successfully implement and use those applications in their business
• Accomplish tasks within projector task budget and timeline
• Identify opportunities for new or existing clients –follow-up with customers to promote new work and maintain connection
• Stay up-to-date on features and capabilities of supported software applications and maintain relevant certifications
• Assist with sales process and project management as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Education / Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 5 years’ experience in accounting, business operations, consulting, or a related setting
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience
• CPA designation and/or managerial experience, a plus
• Sage Intacct experience, a plus

Professional / Technical Knowledge:

• Ability to develop a deep understanding of business software Cargas sells or re-sells (including Sage Intacct and related products)
• Strong skills in business consulting, including analysis related to business process, business systems, and technology supporting these processes and systems
• Strong skills in training
• Project management skills; preferred-trouble shooting skills in dealing with software functionality issues
• Experience in accounting or financial reporting processes and applications
• Experience with financial or other business reporting tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software
• Ability to read, write, understand and speak English fluently
