Job Summary
The Driver is responsible for delivering orders to our dispensaries and clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Drive a delivery van to deliver product orders to clients.
* Follow strict safety standards on and off the road.
* Interact with clients and vendors in a professional and positive manner.
* Support Packaging department in assembling products and packaging during downtime.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications
* Previous experience in order/package delivery required.
* Must be able to stand for at least 6 hours per day and lift up to 25 pounds.
* Must be authorized to work in the United States.
* Must be 21 years of age or older.
* Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
* Must be able to operate and navigate a delivery van.
* Must be able to apply for a Cannabis Production Agent Card.
* Must be able to comply with all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry.
Preferred Qualifications
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
* Previous experience in commercial or work-related driving preferred.
Physical and Mental Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position, move and/or position oneself, communicate, operate and/or prepare, place, position objects, tools, or controls. The employee must occasionally move packages weighing up to 50 lb. Able to stand up to 90% of the time. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close observation and the ability to adjust focus. The mental and physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an individual, with or without reasonable accommodation, to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
Working Environment
