FULL ARMOR PROTECTION GROUP LLC is Hiring a Security Officer (Phoenix) Near Phoenix, AZ

Full Armor Protection Group is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Unarmed Security Officer in Phoenix, AZ. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a secure and safe environment for our clients by conducting regular patrols, monitoring surveillance systems, and enforcing security protocols.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of premises.
  2. Monitor and authorize the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security.
  3. Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  4. Respond to alarms and emergencies, and take appropriate action, including contacting law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of security-related activities and incidents.
  6. Operate security equipment, such as surveillance cameras and alarms, to ensure effective monitoring of premises.
  7. Enforce company policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access or activities.
  8. Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary and act as a liaison between the client and law enforcement agencies.
  9. Complete written reports on security incidents, disturbances, and violations.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Proven experience in a security-related role is preferred, but not required.
  3. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  4. Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to handle stressful situations and emergencies calmly and professionally.
  6. Must be able to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  7. Knowledge of basic computer applications and surveillance systems.
  8. Arizona Guard Card or ability to obtain one within a specified period.
  9. Must pass a thorough background check.
  10. Bi-Lingual a plus

Physical Requirements:

  1. Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
  2. Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  3. Ability to bend, stoop, and climb as necessary.
