Craftable is Hiring a Sales Account Manger Near Farmers, TX

Schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Location: Dallas Office, but remote work is accepted

Position Overview:

As Sales Account Managers (SAM) at Craftable, you play a pivotal role in strategically enhancing ARR with our existing clientele, thereby reinforcing our strong foothold in the competitive market. This position demands a deep comprehension of both Craftable and the unique challenges inherent in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will exhibit outstanding communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, collaboration with our Customer Success Manager (CSM) is key, as you will actively engage in identifying and leveraging upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within our current customer base. Your primary focus will then transition to understanding the specific pain points and challenges faced by these customers, followed by orchestrating product demonstrations to position Craftable as the optimal solution for their business objectives.

ID (Identify):

  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success Manager (CSM) to identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities

  • Uncover additional upsell, cross-sell, and expansion possibilities not identified by the CSM team in existing customer accounts.

Prescribe:

  • Work collaboratively with both the CSM and customers to position Craftable as the tailored solution aligning with their business goals.

  • Conduct persuasive product demonstrations and presentations focused on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.

Expand:

  • Collaborate with customers, operations, and finance teams to finalize and sign contracts related to upgrades, downgrades, expansion, upsell, and cross-sell.

  • Manage administrative tasks associated with upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities, including contracts, billing, integrations, and more.

  • Work alongside the CSM to ensure successful lift-off and onboarding of expanding or newly added modules/services for customers.

  • Lead the initiative during the launch of new Craftable modules to guarantee the effective introduction, positioning, and widespread adoption of the product.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

  • Share insights with sales, marketing, and product development teams for a holistic approach to customer success.

  • Act as a liaison with the product development team, conveying customer feedback and insights.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by providing valuable input for product enhancements.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and report on key customer engagement, satisfaction, and account growth metrics.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer success.
