Levittown Public Schools is Hiring a District Clerk Near Levittown, NY
Part-time position (8-1)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- In consultation with the Board of Education and Superintendent, updating and reviewing Board policies.
- Processing legal documents and inquiries
-Work with the Superintendent of Schools to prepare the Board Agenda, including posting online.
- Preparing for Board meetings, including ensuring hat all copies are made and delivered to Board members ahead of the meetings
- Attending all Board meetings
- Preparing and posting minutes of all Board meetings.
- Coordinating and responding to FOIL requests
- Coordinating all aspects of the Annual Budget and Trustee Vote
- Handling all communications for the Board of Education
- Coordinating calendar for the members of the Board of Education
Competitive salary, including medical benefits.
Experience preferred.
Salary range: $45,000 - $48,000
