POSITION TITLE: SUPPORT STORE MANAGER
REPORTS TO: TERRITORY MANAGER
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Support Store Manager performs and directs overall c-store management. Directs staff to ensure that safety, guest service, and cleanliness standards are maintained. Maintains standards of safety and security. Recruits staff and oversees training programs. Responsible for inventory and money control systems – may establish inventory schedules. Responsible for monthly marketing initiatives – may contact prospective customers to promote sales. Maintains business records. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position.
This manager will be a supporting manager and be required to travel up to 50 miles from their home to a Clipper C-Store. They will assist with store resets, new hire training & store staffing, and as an added manager where needed. They may also be asked to be the manager of a site, while the current manager is out on leave, vacation or any other reasons that may arise. Must be flexible.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience & Skills: A minimum of two (2) years in a restaurant or retail environment, experience in supervising and training staff. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must possess a valid state issued driver’s license.
Must pass background check and drug screen.
