PONKO Chicken is looking for a candidate who is dependable and ready to work. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership skills, training skills and financial skills. This opportunity requires at least two years of general manager experience in a restaurant setting. We are looking for candidates who have open availability, including nights and weekends. Minimum of 50 hours a week is required for this position.
Candidates must have knowledge of labor, food and paper costs. As these are the foundation of maintaining a restaurant.
