• Assisting with overseeing all aspects of the staffing of the restaurant and supervision of hourly employees. In particular:
• Determine appropriate staffing levels.
• An awareness of staffing trends, upcoming seasonal business changes, and any other events, or issues which may have an impact on business, is essential.
A minimum of 1 years fine dining/premium casual restaurant experience required
• Passionate about food & beverage
• Able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Detail oriented
• Computer literacy to include: open table / Resy
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, customer service oriented and proactive
• Able to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
• Participates in teamwork and assists other departments when needed
• Maintains a fun and energetic attitude at all times
• Possesses a proven track record for guest..
This is a entree level Manager position
