This opportunity involves overseeing one of our key websites — buildersshow.com, various microsites, NAHB Intranet and spearheading other web-based initiatives. Your expertise will help shape the digital experience for our stakeholders and contribute to the success of our association.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Project Support:
  • Execute project tasks aligned with project plans.
  • Provide support on large-scale web projects.
  • Assist in testing and documentation efforts.
• Web Operations:
  • Regularly update NAHB’s web platforms.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain accurate, timely and consistent messaging.
  • Innovate in presenting existing content.
• Web Solutions and Support:
  • Engage with departments to understand online solution needs.
  • Gather project requirements and advise on web content distribution.
  • Conduct QA to enhance user experience.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Proven internet customer service experience with a portfolio of developed solutions.
• Self-motivated with an ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Experience in breaking down complex systems for development.
• Strong understanding of web capabilities, e-commerce structures and user experience.
• Knowledge of interactive production processes including graphics, web page production and basic programming.
