A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST - AUTOMOTIVE TITLE CLERK

As a part-time Front Desk Receptionist - Automotive Title Clerk, you are the backbone (or chassis) of our auto repair shop! You cheerfully greet our customers both in person and over the phone and assist them with the administrative side of our business. Always prioritizing great customer service, you answer questions for our clients and set appointments for them. Using your data entry skills, you fill out and process all paperwork for each job and share the documents with clients.

When asked, you generate estimates for repair work, striving to make them as accurate as possible. You also get to flex your creative side by managing our social media, sharing amusing and informative posts to keep our pages fun and engaging. You enjoy interacting with many different people and take pride in playing such an essential role in our shop!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST - AUTOMOTIVE TITLE CLERK

• 1 years of customer service experience
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
• Ability to type 45 words per minute
• Some car knowledge
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Automotive experience would be preferred, but we will train the right candidate to succeed! Experience filing automotive titles or completing finance and insurance (F & I) work would be a bonus.
