Position- MIT-Direct Store Support- MIT Manager In Training

Pay: $15 p/h

Open Availability Needed Monday to Saturday for Day and Evening Shifts

We are currently seeking Manager In Training Team Member Candidates to join our successful team. The ideal candidate for this position must have management experience as well as extensive liquor, sprits, beer, wine and humidor knowledge and passion.

Responsibilities:
- Price merchandise and ensure accurate pricing throughout the store
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and reporting
- Organize and maintain store displays to maximize visual appeal
- Supervise daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment

Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient computer skills for administrative tasks

You must be at least 21 years of age and have a TABC upon start.
