We have an immediate need for a Dough Mixer & Divider Operator to join our growing 1st Shift Team! Shift hours are Monday-Friday 5:30 AM- 4 PM; may work occasional Saturdays.
We are Ever Better Eating, Inc., a Pittsfield, NH company known for its premier hand-made pizzas and pizza crusts. Our brands are popular in retail stores coast-to-coast. You may recognize our pizzas in local grocery stores as Rustic Crust and American Flatbread.
Ideal candidate will have experience working in a production environment, have attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Pay starts at $16 per hour and increases depending on experience. 

Essential Functions/Duties:

• Responsible for the efficient operation of handling dough
• Mix, Weigh, divide portions of dough to be lifted and put in appropriate machine
• Ensure that machines are set correctly to run in accordance with written procedures
• Record data onto log sheets, verifying proper weight and proportions
• Follow Quality standards
• Assist with mixing duties
• Follow Good Manufacturing Processes
• Maintain a clean and safe work space and environment
• Follow established Safety Policies and Procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience operating machines in a production environment, food industry a plus
• Understanding of measurements
• Ability to read, interpret, understand machine operation manuals and operating procedures
• Excellent ability to problem solve mechanical problems daily
• Basic mathematical skills 
• Lift ingredients weigh between 1-50 lbs., and/or 50-100 lbs., with 2-person assist
