**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to hiring. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR processes.

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00

**Duties:**

- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates

- Conduct initial screenings and interviews

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements

- Assist in negotiating job offers with potential candidates

- Support employee orientation and onboarding processes

- Manage social media platforms for recruitment purposes

**Experience:**

- Detail oriented and organization is a must

- Familiarity with Tempworks or Beyond

- Ability to conduct employee evaluations

- Strong interpersonal skills for employee relations
