We are seeking a Senior Help Desk Associate to join our growing IT team. The Senior Help Desk Associate will maintain IT processes and procedures for the company with 200 people.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming IT requests and IT support issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, and access to other corporate resources.
• Maintain Help Desk Ticket Management System (SolarWinds)

• Ability to walk end-users through problem-solving process
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly systems checks and monthly account audits
• Manage onboarding & off-boarding process for end-user assets and corporate accounts

Requirements

• 5 years of help desk experience
• Associates / Bachelors, or equivalent certifications
• Experience in working with Microsoft Admin center
• Service Ticket Management
• Manage setup and issue resolution for AV that supports client meetings.
• High-level verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Comfortable working and communicating with individuals at all levels and with various vendors and contacts outside of the firm
• Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
