Allpoints Surveying is seeking a Residential Plat Analyst to join our growing team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and detail-oriented with an inquisitive mindset. The Residential Plat Analyst is tasked with reviewing, classifying, and recording limited subdivision guidelines for computer analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze plats, easements, deed restrictions, and developer/community guideline documents
• Accurately label plats with building lines and other required information
• Perform internet searches for recorded subdivision information
• Create subdivision guidelines based on the requirements from information gathered
• Identify and resolve complex problems based on related information
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Exposure to site plans, plot plans, land surveys, subdivision plats, easement documents, deed restrictions, and developer guidelines a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook) or related software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High degree of attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions: This role follows a five-day workweek, with employees expected to work in the Houston Coporate office from Monday to Friday.
