- Assist one executive with administrative duties

- Schedule meetings, handle catering, and manage appointments

- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs as required

- Provides Marketing administrative support

- Create and Manage Social Media posts

- Manage Health Care Holiday Marketing

- External Newsletter creation and execution

- Manage Email Marketing Database

- Maintain sales pipeline updates

- 1 year of experience as an Marketing Assistant

- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Proficient in Canva or other online template editors

- Exceptional planning and time management abilities

- Preferred: familiarity with HubSpot

- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Compensation:

- Hourly rate: up to $25 per hour

- 25 hours per week, available for remote meetings weekdays between 9am-5pm
