Erickson Immigration Group has a career opportunity for an experienced Consultant to join our expanding team in Ireland – the role can be fully remote, fully in-office, or a hybrid of the two. Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-volume caseload of in-bound immigration matters.

• Draft, review and/or revise applications.

• Effectively manage client relationships and supervise administrative staff/paralegals for high-volume clients.

• Conduct in-depth legal research to support client requests and projects.

• Explain sophisticated immigration concepts and present strategic solutions for clients.

• Draft and prepare letters and legal documents, typically based on established precedents.

• Assess and evaluate client’s immigration/visa eligibility.

• Support clients in immigration program management and compliance.

• Utilize EIG’s case management systems and database continuously and accurately.

Qualification/Skill Requirements:

• 3-5 years of business immigration experience

• A relevant degree is a plus.

• Ability to manage complex case strategies with company contacts and clients

• Understanding of nuanced and complex immigration law concepts.

• Ability to review Paralegal work product carefully and promptly

• Effective written and verbal communications skills, as appropriate for the needs of the audience (clients, governmental agencies, internal and external resources)

• Logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, and approaches to problems

• Strong organizational & time management skills, with the ability to prioritize

• Ability to generate work product with considerable accuracy and attention to detail

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

• Outstanding case/project management skills

• Works well in a team environment

• Accepts and adapts to feedback regarding work performance

• Fluency of the English language in both written and verbal forms

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; and Case Management Systems – Salesforce (Litify), VisaTrax/INS Zoom and other Document Management Systems.
