About the Role

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for Construction Engineering? Do you thrive in dynamic environments, collaborating directly with contractors on cutting-edge new and existing projects? We are seeking an experienced individual with a client base in steel erection engineering and connection design, excavation shoring and building underpinning design.

What You'll Do

• Leverage your expertise in Construction Engineering to assist leading contractors in pushing the boundaries of scale, complexity, and schedule.
• Partner directly with contractors to deliver innovative solutions for new and existing building projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to leverage your professional network and generate new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering required (Master’s Degree preferred).
• 8-12 years of relevant work experience with a stable history. (Construction Means and Methods Engineering experience is preferred)
• California Civil Engineering license and registration as a Structural Engineer required.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor staff, and collaborate effectively with contractors and project team members.
• Proven track record in developing business opportunities and expanding client relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit and Tekla software suites.
• Active participation in professional or client-based activities.
