Payment Handling: Process guest payments, including cash, credit card, and other payment methods, while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Phone and Reservation Management: Handle incoming phone calls, make reservations, and assist with inquiries related to room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
Upselling and Promotions: Inform guests about hotel services, amenities, and promotions, and actively encourage upselling opportunities to enhance their experience.
Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests by following hotel security protocols and procedures.
