We are seeking a skilled Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of a well-established dentist office located in Palatine, IL. The Candidate must have experience in dental office management and possess knowledge of Dentrix software.
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday 9:00am-4:30pm; Lunch from 1:00pm - 2:00pm
Tuesday 8:00am-5:00pm; Lunch from 1:00pm-2:30pm
Wednesday 10:00am-8:00pm; Lunch from 1:00pm-2:30pm
Thursday 8:00pm-5:00pm; Lunch 1:00pm-2:30pm
Friday - CLOSED
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the dental office.
- Coordinate patient scheduling and ensure efficient utilization management.
- Oversee financial management, including reconciliations, deposits, billing, and end of month reporting.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Supervise office staff and provide training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in dental office management.
- Proficiency in Dentrix software is required.
- Strong knowledge of practice management and healthcare systems.
- Prior experience in financial management within a healthcare setting.
