ITility is looking for a College Intern to engage in various work assignments, projects, and activities of varying complexity, structured to enable the intern to gain the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities needed to perform at a professional level. Interns will receive training and mentorship in planning and carrying out activities and assignments.

Responsibilities

Duties/responsibilities:

• Carry out electronic filing system duties.
• Monitor office supplies.
• Review monthly status reports for formatting and punctuation.
• Ensure the Stakeholders/Staffing workbook is in order.
• Update Staff Lapse Rate and Timesheet Matrix to reflect new hires and vacancies.
• Be the CostPoint POC to correct and/or report employee issues to PM/DPM/BlueStreet.
• Draft Offer letters/Contingent Offer Letters for potential hires.
• Be focal point for scrubbing and editing TARs/LOIs before approval and signatures.
• Relay CAC/TASS expirations and draft 1172s for renewals.
