The successful candidate will embody our organizations core values:
Controller The Controller at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts (YBCA) directs and manages all financial activities of the organization to include the production of monthly and annual financial reports, maintenance of the accounting system, as well as a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy of the company's financials. Supervising two direct reports, responsibilities include accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R); managing cash and investment accounts; analyzing operational data; recommending improvements in business processes; developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures; maintaining YBCA's system of internal controls to ensure the integrity of the accounting system and protection of the organization's assets. The Controller reports to the Chief Finance & Operations Officer (CFOO) and acts as a member of the expanded leadership team, directly impacting the success of the organization.
The salary range for this role is $115,00 - $150,000, dependent on experience.

Compensation and Benefits The salary for this position is between $115,00 - $150,000 based on full-time hours, and includes a competitive benefits package.
