 Our Floor Lead and Quality Auditor is anintegral part of this success. Brown Eagle is currently seeking a motivated individualwith Supervision Experience, Exceptional Attention to Detail and Organization abilities to join ourBaton Rouge team.

Responsibilities:

WorkSafely. Follow all company safety policies, practices, and procedures.

Planand direct work for hourly employees engaged in loading/unloading of suppliesand/or finished product, put away of packaged (palletized) products and orderpicking.

Conductdaily shift meetings.

Periodicallymake rounds to assure productive performance and coordinate with Site Manager toensure employees are working productively and effectively.

Ensureeffective employee relations. Provide employee coaching and development.

Communicateequipment maintenance, supply, manpower needs and process improvement ideas toSite Manager.

Operateforklift

Conductweekly inventory counts

Ensureaccuracy, completeness, and condition of shipment.

Ensurecorrect product load and count.

Compareidentifying information and number of units of incoming and outgoing shipments;verify information against bills of lading (BOLs).

Maintainhousekeeping in warehouse area.

Otherduties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

HighSchool Diploma or GED required; 3 yrs. previous forklift experience; 2 yrs. leadershipexperience.

Hours:

• Monday thru Friday 7am to 3:30pm
• Flexible schedule as needed
