Automotive Biller/Title Clerk

Suntrup Automotive Group is a family-owned and operated car dealership seeking a full-time Automotive Billing Clerk. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, reliable, and dependable team player.

Job Duties

Handles all aspects of title processing and applications.

Complete trade payoffs and obtain all proper documentation for free and clear title.

Verify car deal documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Submit the customer’s contract with the required documentation to the lenders and submit a Notice of Lien to the State of Missouri.

Pay the customer’s sales tax and complete registration as needed.

Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the billing process.

Complete monthly report of units sold to the State.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Title Experience is a plus

Ability to problem solve.

Time management skills.

Communication skills.

Highly organized.

Must be able to meet established deadlines.

Automotive Dealership accounting knowledge and/or experience is a plus.

Knowledge of DealerTrack is a plus.

Schedule Requirements:

Full-time: 40 Hours a week

Monday – Friday: Start at 7:00am or 8:00 am (Flexible).

Occasional over-time as business needs require.
