Clinical Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
Qualifications: The State mandated minimum requirements include, but are not limited to the following:
Must have RBT certification as recognized by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Fingerprinting, fingerprint clearance and disclosure statement regarding criminal record signed by applicant.
Provide three (3) references (forms provided).
Current CPR and First aid certification (originals must be provided for copy and file).
Proof of training and proficiency in A.A.C. Title 6, Chapter 6, Article 9.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and be aware of surroundings. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; run; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must be able to safely block instances of physical aggression and other high magnitude behaviors towards them. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee must be able to push items of 50 pounds, such as pushing children who utilize a wheelchair or moving/rearranging furniture. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision.
