This highly qualified individual will be responsible for the management of all functions of the job site as it relates to construction. We are seeking a bright, focused, solutions-oriented and strategic-minded leader who can function as a business partner in a pro-active manner, while driving results through diplomacy, persistence, professionalism, and integrity.

Other responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Manage homebuilding construction through all phases to ensure the delivery of a quality home
• Assist in achieving the on-time completion of construction
• Homes are to be built to quality standards set by Park Square Homes
• Ensure all building codes and Park Square Homes’ standards of quality are met
• Maintain effective relations with contractors and suppliers
• Conduct walk-through inspections and other scheduled inspections with the homeowner
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Return all phone calls in a timely manner, be an effective communicator
• Work with Design to correct design problems/blueprint errors
• Work with Estimating to establish correct takeoffs
• Work in partnership with Purchasing to ensure the best contractor experience
• Manage a safe work environment by communicating safety standards to trades and enforce safety regulations on all job sites
• Maintain a clean and organized job site to standards set by Park Square Management
• Perform necessary meetings and orientations according to Park Square systems
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Attend Construction monthly meetings
• Special projects as requested

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction is preferred
• Experience in some aspect of the homebuilding process is desirable
• Must be able to work independently
• Excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal and customer service skills are key qualifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) is necessary

The work environment includes construction sites where temperature, weather and noise may vary; may encounter electrical, dust, poor ventilation, dangerous machinery and moving objects.
