In this role, the qualified candidate will be conducting a climate survey to establish a quantitative assessment of employee views on the current level of inclusion, direct experiences with harassment, discrimination, and bullying, employee engagement, perceptions of reprisal and the degree of fairness, transparency, and equity in the customer's processes such as evaluations, promotions, hiring, and assignments, and possible barriers to professional advancement.
