Legends Healthcare is a premier long term care company, operating twenty one long term care facilities throughout the state of Ohio and is now hiring Part Time Weekend Receptioninst at Cardinal Woods Skilled Nursing & Rehab Cener, located at 6831 Chapel Rd, Madison, OH 44057.

We are currently seeking a skilled, compassionate, dedicated, and driven experienced maintence specialist to join our ever grwoing team!

Job Duties:

• Answer calls
• Complete filing
• Greet visitors and vendors.
• Act as an assistant to the Administrator and Business Office Manager and will complete simple tasks for them as well.
• Act as a gracious host to our visitors and residents with excellent customer service!
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
• Additional tasks determined by leadership team
