PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The position is responsible for providing high-level administrative support within the Department of Administration and Executive Office. The successful candidate will excel in managing administrative tasks with precision and professionalism, ensuring seamless execution of job duties. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative tasks efficiently to support the office.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Exceptional Interpersonal skills. Track record of a resilient and adaptive style while remaining calm in demanding circumstances. Strong verbal and writing skills and ability to interact with Senior Level team. Result oriented, ability to think proactively and quickly. Strong Microsoft Office skills including the MS Office suite of programs, Teams, and Zoom. An ideal candidate will be detail oriented, resourceful, and analytical.
The ideal candidate will be a mission-oriented individual with a strong drive for public service. Must possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent ability to anticipate needs proactively, resolve issues, and troubleshoot a variety of situations. Requires the ability to keep sensitive information confidential and exercise a high degree of professionalism always. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Ability to assist with special projects and presentations. Experience conducting research and preparing reports as needed. Assisting with special projects and presentations.
