We are hiring in our Lititz location for our integral Staff Accountant role. This role will offer an opportunity to learn all aspects of public accounting and will fill a key role as the firm continues to grow. Essential functions and opportunities include:

• Using strengths, skills and experience to perform a wide variety of work on client engagement teams
• Analyze financial records and learn about various industries
• Prepare financial statements, compilations, reviews and audits
• Prepare business, individual and payroll tax returns

 The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Passion for client service, team work, and collaboration
• Desire to learn and grow
• Ability to prioritize, plan and organize
• Excellent analytical and computer skills 
• A Bachelor's degree or higher with a concentration in Accounting or other related program, minimum of 3.0 GPA
• 1-2 years of relevant public accounting experience
• CPA licensure or a strong desire and plan to pursue CPA license
